假檢察官詐騙30多人受害 台東逮18名嫌犯

台東警方破獲假冒檢察官的詐騙集團，目前已知有三十多人被害，初估不法所得近兩千多萬元，被逮的十八名嫌犯，依詐欺、偽造文書罪嫌移送臺東地檢署擴大偵辦。

警方指出，這個詐騙集團成員多為中輟生，經同學、學長提供愷他命吸食利誘、再介紹擔任「車手」、「業務」，以假冒檢察官、書記官的名義打電話給被害人，指稱銀行帳戶洗錢，將遭到查辦，如果不配合調查恐怕涉及詐欺罪、洗錢防制法刑事責任，並謊稱必須監管帳戶，要求被害人提領交付金錢，再由假冒檢察官、書記官的未成年少年到指定地點收取現金。台東警方是在掌握詐騙集團相關犯罪事證後，動員大批警力，兵分多路到臺中、臺南等縣市同步執行搜索、拘提嫌犯，並查扣臺灣省法務部地方法院檢察署官防剪紙、行動電話、現金七萬元等贓證物。
