拒借錢給友　男遭毆昏迷險死

桃園中壢做房地產的53歲簡男，5月4日晚間10時，跟羅姓友人相約在公園見面，羅要向簡男借3千元及賓士車，但簡男不肯，雙方一言不和互毆，簡及黃姓友人被羅帶來的6、7人圍毆，簡男被打倒在地，送醫在加護病房住了一天一夜。

事發後，警方獲報到場，羅男留在現場坦承人是他打的，簡男就醫後才到警局報案，指控對方殺人未遂，簡男家屬認為警方辦案延宕，警方表示，目前仍陸續傳喚嫌犯到警局說明，已有2人承認打人。
