請問關於婚姻無效訴訟

兩位網友都說得很對喔!!

16年的時間，小孩都幾歲了!!
現在提婚姻無效之訴，恐怕本件敗訴的機會很大。

如果你真的不捨，男友也確定要和他老婆分開，那就打"離婚訴訟"吧!!

但是，要打這場官司之前，要先確認男方的決心，再擬定訴訟策略，畢竟你是幫他問的，並不能表示他一定真的想這樣做。

法律不保護在權益上睡著的人。
