電風扇軸心卡住了

我的電風扇轉軸那裏整個卡住
但是馬達有運作(有聽到聲音)

我之前爬了一下文，也有做拆開並加潤滑油的動作 (我用針車油)
之前這樣做都會再動的，每天出門都一定會關掉
但是這次整個卡住，昨天拆開來看時還有聞到焦味，而且軸心很燙
是甚麼燒焦了嗎?
我又不敢拆太多，怕裝不回去or被我越弄越糟 (機器白癡)

請問風扇那裏整個卡住連用手轉都不能轉，是承軸有問題嗎??
但是又有焦味...還是說裡面的保險絲壞掉了??
想問一下是甚麼問題~_~

另外請問竹南哪裡有可以修理電風扇的嗎??
雖然是想能自己修好就自己修好啦...
