男童小雞遭橡皮筋彈、畫大象　惡長輩遭判10年

新北市一名5歲男童從小屢遭表舅夫婦用橡皮筋綁或彈小雞雞，或以奇異筆將小雞雞畫成大象，有次更在男童額頭寫上「番王」兩字，害男童常做噩夢哭喊：「舅舅不要，我很痛！」

男童母親與阿姨因礙於親戚不便翻臉，直到今年2月男童又被凌虐才憤而提告，雖2人否認，但新北地檢署昨依涉犯加重強制猥褻起訴，最重可判10年。
