毒澱粉流竄 北市府組輔導小組

毒澱粉流竄全台，衛生署要求下月一日起，八大類食品販售業者須提供安全證明，證明上游澱粉廠商提供的是合格產品。台北市長郝龍斌今天在市政會議上表示，八大類食品都是平民小吃，市府將組成輔導小組，輔導攤商提供合格證明，盡快讓消費者恢復信心，以免攤商生意受影響。

北市府衛生長林奇宏說，今天下午起將與產發局等單位進行輔導，包括夜市、百貨公司美食街及連鎖飲冰品店等，讓攤商知道要張貼什麼合格證明。

林奇宏還說，民眾看合格證明時，上頭註明的不是粉圓、豆花合格，而是所使用的再來米粉、地瓜粉等是否合格。
