瑞士洛桑管理學院 (IMD)公布年度全球競爭力報告，台灣排名落至第11名。國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋表示，從1994年這項評比第一次發佈以來，我國的表現仍以近四年為佳。在2000年以前，我國最佳排名是1995年的第11名；在2000年到2008年，台灣的排名多數時間只能在16到22名間徘徊，2005年時排到第11名，已是當時最佳成績。

殷瑋說，馬總統上任以來，克服了金融海嘯以後，在2010到2013年分別排名全世界第8(2010年)、第6(2011年)、第7(2012年)、第11(2013年)，整體表現可供各界檢驗。

殷瑋表示，IMD的排名分為「經濟表現」、「政府效能」、「企業效能」、「基礎建設」等四大項目，今年各個項目的排名略為後退，確為警訊，顯現出台灣必須正視全球經濟局勢的難題。

殷瑋說，我國改善競爭力的方向正確，也取得相當成果，未來除加速實施提振景氣措施外，政府也將積極落實法規鬆綁，推動中長期的結構調整與轉型、升級，以期持續提升整體競爭力。
