無法聆聽同步到iphone4中的音樂(iOS 6.1.3)

想請問前輩們一個問題
以前iphone4在iOS 5的時候,把音樂用itune同步進iphone都沒問題,也都能聽.
自從不小心升級到iOS 6.1.3,一整就怪怪的
itune還是可以把音樂同步進到ihpone,也佔據了空間,但是就是無法聽
進到iphone的音樂中,一直都是這個畫面

如果用itune看iphone中的音樂,會像這樣:

去點一下歌都會前面加個驚嘆號.也無法播放.(另一隻iphone4[iOS 5.0.1]接上itune點的時候不會有驚嘆號,也能撥放)
請問大家,這要怎麼辦呢?
