日本央行(BOJ)30日公佈了長期國債收購計畫內容(自2013年6月份開始實施)：每個月基本將收購約7兆日圓國債，惟為了讓政策效果能滲透至市場，故將依市場動向進行彈性運用。(附圖為BOJ大阪支店)

BOJ表示，國債收購對象包含2年期、5年期、10年期、20年期、40年期、附變動利率國債以及物價連動債，且每個月的買債頻率為8-10次(依需求可能將增加收購頻率)。

BOJ指出，每個月的國債收購細節為：將收購約2,200億日圓(分2次實施)期限在1年以下的國債、約3兆-4.2兆日圓(分6次實施)1-5年期國債、約2.7兆-3.6兆日圓(分6次實施)5-10年期國債、約1兆-1.5兆日圓(分5次實施)期限在10年以上國債。

據道瓊斯新聞指出，BOJ表示，不會在財務省拍賣國債當日購買同期限國債。
