化製澱粉 須清楚標示

毒澱粉事件引發民眾恐慌，目前包裝僅標出「化製澱粉」字樣，並無標出使用何種化學物質，民眾無所適從。衛生署食品藥物管理局長康照洲今天在立法院表示，未來會加強宣導、稽查，若使用核可的化製澱粉須明確標明，例如標示「醋酸澱粉」。衛生署將給業者改善時間，未來不清楚標示將開罰。
