打擊地下金融　調查局全台掃蕩43家

調查局今天針對非法仲介交易未上市股票、經營證券期貨投資顧問及地下期貨的地下金融業展開全國同步掃蕩，共搜索約談43家業者、128名嫌疑人到案。

調查局指出，針對這類地下金融業者，最近常接獲檢舉，所以決定展開偵辦，其中天使基金案，投資人以一口一千美元投資該基金，由該非法業者代為操作，事後多血本無歸。

調查局查出，該基金前年成立，去年年中結束營業，被害人共10多人，被害金額約2800多萬元，業者今被依違反《證交法》送辦。
