手機增異性電話　醋男打死同居人判刑

因毒品案被通緝的陳姓男子（50歲），結識有毒品前科的劉姓女子（42歲），去年8月間躲在陳嫌老家山上工寮，相約一起戒毒癮，但劉女獨自外出數日，8月30日返回時，陳發現她手機內有「藥國」男子電話，懷疑她又吸毒而爆發爭吵。

陳持球棒毆打劉女，但只載下山給國術館包紮，直到9月3日傷重不治才自首。法官今天依傷害致死、毒品罪嫌判決9年5月徒刑。
