中市國小電腦教科書 下學年辦理聯合議價

台中市議員在議會質詢時，質疑台中市國小資訊類電腦教科書，價格比台北市、新北市的教科書高出五成，使家長負擔沉重，對此，教育局局長吳榕峰表示，下學年電腦教科書，將交由黎明國小辦理聯合議價，衛生局將先進行全市各小學資訊類教科書需求調查，邀請廠商參與議價，協助各校以更低廉的價格採購電腦科目教科書本。

台中市國小電腦教科書沒有聯合議價，議員質疑價格過高，教育局對此表示，國小審定本教科書由教育部邀集各縣市政府一同議價，非審定本教科書則由各校自行採購，台中市教育局為減輕家長經濟負擔，從101學年度起，辦理本土語及英語非審定本教科書聯合議價，本土語教科書價格為全國最低，每本價格在40元到97元之間；另外英語版教科書，價格也是全國最低。至於電腦教科書因版本眾多，各校提出需求差異大、數量少，因此，沒有進行聯合議價。台中市教育局局長吳榕峰表示，下學年電腦教科書，將交由黎明國小辦理聯合議價。

教育局將先進行全市各小學資訊類教科書需求調查，再邀請廠商參與議價，協助各校以更低廉的價格購入電腦科目教科書。
