刮漁船油漆比對是否曾經碰撞

「廣大興28號」漁船船頭是擦痕還是碰撞痕？菲調查團已刮船體油漆採樣，回菲國比對菲公務船體鑑識，判斷兩船是否曾碰撞，並比對船的高度，因為波浪起伏，會影響撞擊點。

法務部表示，之前刑事局鑑識認定是擦痕，因為碰撞船體會有皺摺，擦撞沒有皺摺；且漁船靠岸偶會擦撞碼頭，航行時也會遭漂流木、魚撞擊，難免有擦碰撞痕。
