惡劣！A毒轉賣牟利　惡警判無期定讞

桃園縣陳姓、黃姓警察從2005年到2006年，在龍安派出所任職期間，多次以緝毒為名，違法搜索毒販、毒蟲，然後以「不要說我沒有做人情給你」為由，強占毒品並搶走現金後縱放人犯，事後再將扣得的海洛因、安非他命等毒品轉賣牟利。

高院審理後認為陳、黃身為警務人員，不知潔身自愛，反而狼狽為奸，玷污警察風紀，助長犯罪，讓多數堅守崗位的警察蒙羞，因此依違背職務收賄、販毒等十罪重判陳無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身，黃雖犯行較輕，也被判刑17年，褫奪公權2年，2人不法所得現金151萬元追繳沒收，今天全案由最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
