俄親普亭企業被控挪用冬奧資金

著名反俄羅斯政權人士指控，俄羅斯總統普亭政府與關係良好的企業大亨，挪用了2014年冬季奧運的數百億美元公款。

反對派領袖、前內閣高層涅左夫（Boris Nemtsov），與俄國政府「團結運動」成員馬提紐克（Leonid Martynyuk）在共同撰寫的報告中說，預計撥款給冬奧的500億美元資金中，約有250億至300億美元消失無蹤。

他們說：「在索契（Sochi）舉辦的冬季奧運，已經變成一起大型詐騙案。」

這些經費原本預定用在興建新的運動場館、修補橋樑、飯店、鋪設新鐵路及子彈列車等。

幾乎所有工程都被指派給國營企業，或與克林姆林宮友好企業主的公司。
