世界女企業家大會明年在台舉辦

外交部28日表示，中華民國工商婦女企業管理協會成功爭取2014年世界婦女企業家協會第62屆國際年會的主辦權。這是世界婦女企業家協會國際年會首度在台灣主辦，有助強化台灣參與國際社會的動能，提升國際形象及能見度。

外交部指出，世界婦女企業家協會的會員國遍及全球88個國家。中華民國工商婦女企業管理協會於1981年加入，創會33年來已成立24個分會，會員人數超過1500人，致力集結工商界的婦女菁英力量，積極推動國內慈善公益工作，落實與國際接軌。
