漢唐掏空案 檢以證交法起訴4人

上市公司「漢唐集成」爆發掏空案。檢調查出，董事長「王燕群」涉嫌利用預付工程款等不合常規的交易方式，掏空公司資產高達新台幣13億元，台北地檢署偵辦後今天偵查終結，北檢發言人黃謀信表示，檢方依照違反證交法等罪嫌，將王燕群等公司高層起訴。

檢調查出，王燕群夫婦涉嫌自民國九十年一月到一百年底，夥同公司兩名高層，接連用預付工程款方式，將公司高達13億多元資產，轉入個人實質掌控的公司，再用對外投資的名義轉入個人帳戶，導致「漢唐集成」全體股東損失十多億元，事後又用不實憑證入帳，違反證交法等罪嫌。
