想請教各位跑友

請問各位跑友
如果沿著新莊河堤往北跑
目標是北市忠孝橋
是否要通過重新橋至三重
另外
上述的兩條橋上是否有行人步道
那忠孝橋是否可以於橋上直接下橋
下橋處是在堤內而不是堤外
懇請指教
