達成驗槍詢菲人　我調查團今將返國

針對我國漁船「廣大興28號」遭到菲律賓公務船開槍掃射一案，我國調查團結束4天調查，達成登船驗槍、取得案發錄影、詢問菲律賓涉案者等10項司法互助請求，今天搭機回台。 　

屏東地檢署主任檢察官林彥良表示，感謝菲律賓提供許多正面協助，這次基於台菲刑事司法互助協定，透過雙方司法單位接洽進行合作調查，雖歷經來回協商費時，但取得的相關證據在兩國法庭都具有證據能力，台灣會盡速完成調查報告。
