疑恍神撞護欄　貨車解體1人骨折

台九線259.8公里、瑞穗鄉富源國中前今天下午1時許發生車禍，1名小貨車賴姓駕駛（31歲）從吉安鄉南下準備到玉里載西瓜，疑因精神不濟，恍神撞上南下橋邊護欄，車身幾乎解體，但副駕駛座賴姓乘客僅手臂骨折，送醫暫無生命危險；案由警方調查中。

警方初步了解，案發時，1輛北上遊覽車為閃避該貨車，緊急煞車打滑撞上路旁護欄，當時遊覽車上未載客，沒釀成大禍。
