筆電選購，基本筆電建議及比較

最近在考慮購買一台筆電，但是查了許多資料還是不清楚該選哪一種好。

我只需要基本能處理文件檔案、影音檔案、可放DVD光碟、14吋以上螢幕、WIN7作業系統，基本上就夠了。

因為是要給朋友學習基本電腦用的，希望價格在15000之間，廠牌不限，只要不要容易當機都可以。

希望能幫我建議一下，因為一直搞不懂顯示卡、記憶體這些東西。
