危險安裝拆修，需要這麼貴嗎

今年1年新屋剛好，在特賣會買一台國產冷氣，他們不負責裝
於是請附近電器行裝，直接釘在窗戶下面，有請他們釘低一點

因為那時是冬天，感覺不出來
這個月很熱，一開發現完全不涼

叫修後來了好幾次，也拆過室內機回去檢查
最後說沒壞，再查了後說是室外機漏，
說是危險安裝，不願拆

要我叫原來裝的人拆好，再叫他們來載去修
好了他們送回來，再叫原本安裝的人裝上去
他們再來抽真空跟灌冷媒

搞的非常麻煩，且原本安裝的說要4000(殺到3500)
(當初安裝也才4500)真是的氣死我了

請問到底該怎麼解決...
