警逼少年吃屎　3警記過涉傷害罪送辦

蘆竹分局南崁派出所警員被少年指控，無照騎車拒檢遭毆打、逼吃狗屎，3警原否認打人；縣警局督察室昨調閱警車行車軌跡，案發當天，警車在少年指控逼吃狗屎地點蘆竹建國路停留15分鐘。

督察室再約談3名警察王文福、廖述同、簡振哲，簡振哲坦承，在桃園帶到2名少年後，基於義憤在車上動手打人；3名警員供稱，在建國路停留問案，沒逼吃狗屎。

縣警局公布懲處名單，蘆竹分局長蔡萬來連帶記過1次、南崁所長劉明坤處置不當，記過2次、調非主管職務。3名警察嚴重影響警譽記過2次且調地處分，均依傷害罪嫌函送。

三警員將兩少年帶到一處空地毆打，還逼吃狗屎，徐姓少年被迫吞下。
