偷背包認罪悔悟 獲職權不起訴

35歲的柯姓女子去年12月在台北市某量販店竊盜1個價值590元的背包，被店員依竊盜罪扭送法辦，台北地檢署開庭時，她認罪，表示悔悟，店員以證人身分出庭時，也表示不願追究柯女的刑責，檢察官將鄭女依職權處分不起訴。
