救青年失業 法德研擬攻擊策略

（法新社巴黎28日電） 歐洲兩個最大經濟體德國和法國今天將微調一項對抗不斷惡化年輕人失業問題的新計畫。在許多受危機重創的歐元區國家，年輕人失業率甚至超過50%。

法國總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）在與德國財政部長蕭伯樂（Wolfgang Schaeuble）和法國財政部長莫斯柯維奇（Pierre Moscovici）進行會談後，概括性草案應可出爐。

法國和德國勞工部長沙班（Michel Sapin）和范德賴恩（Ursula von der Leyen）也將出席在巴黎的會議。

歐蘭德今天呼籲制訂一套「攻擊性」策略，他說：「我們必須立即行動，歐洲有600萬年輕人失業，近1400萬人沒工作、沒上學也不是學徒。」

他說：「歐洲各機構、元首和政府首長、法國和德國」都同意必須執行一套行動方案，對抗攀升的年輕人失業情況。他又說，必須在打仗的基礎下完成。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
