【 急】台鐵退票

我明天下午要從樹林站搭到頭城站，可是我把票買成台北→頭城，
而且已經在7-11取票了！
我已重新下訂一張樹林→頭城的票，但還沒去領。

請問  可以在火車站將訂錯那張票退票嗎？
或者任一家7-11都能退票？
還是只能在原先取票的7-11才能退？
