富士康國際股東會 通過改名

鴻海旗下富士康國際30日召開股東會，通過建議更改中文名稱為富智康集團有限公司。

富士康國際30日召開股東會，會中通過特別決議案，建議公司英文名稱由Foxconn InternationalHoldings Limited更改為FIH Mobile Limited；中文名稱建議更改為富智康集團有限公司。

富士康國際董事會表示，特別決議案獲股東於股東週年大會上通過後，建議更改須待開曼群島公司註冊處處長批准後，方可落實；將就建議更改的生效日期、以及於建議更改生效後相應更改公司的中文股份簡稱及網址，進一步公佈。
