「偵查不公開」　翁忍10天才知被騙240萬

基隆市1名71歲張先生，3月底接獲自稱健保局官員來電，謊稱證件遭冒領醫療補助金，後有自稱檢警接續來電要求要監管張翁帳戶，並傳真假公文、提供假收據取信張翁，張翁信以為真交付提款卡與存摺，10天被騙走240萬元，還以「偵查不公開」要張翁不得張揚，直到張翁與友人聊到此事才驚覺被騙。

165反詐騙專線統計，4月1日至今，民眾到超商收傳真假公文詐騙案有24件，占假冒公署詐騙3成，其中又以統一超商發生19件(約佔8成)最多；另2011年11月起，警方與四大超商合作，如發現民眾疑似遭騙或發現詐騙車手提款，店員主動報警，已成功攔阻超過850萬。
