手機IMEI碼 急~~20點奉上

請問我的手機上個禮拜失竊了，我有IMEI碼，但是如果偷的人不撥打電話就查不到它的位置了，我想請問:如果他雖然沒撥打電話，但是他有拿來上WI FI 這樣手機的IMEI碼也會跟著發送出去嗎?還是只有打電話才會跟著發送??

求高手解~20點
