〈快訊〉致癌物隆乳病變　檢起訴史亞平夫

檢方查出，外交部次長史亞平的先生郝治華，他是耳鼻喉科的醫師，並無持有整形外科醫師的證書，卻在台北與台中經營整型整所，先前從德國帶回號稱最新型的玻尿酸產品，但裡頭卻含有致癌物質，「丙烯醯胺」，郝治華利用這種產品替顧客隆乳，造成11名女性的乳房出現硬塊，產生病變。

而檢方查出這種「丙烯醯胺」，會導致基因突變、神經系統出現問題等，衛生署並未核准進口，也被環保署列為毒性化學物質，為致癌物質的第一級，地檢署偵查終結，將郝治華與診所人員，以違犯醫師法與詐欺罪嫌起訴。
