八里關渡橋下的停車格

如題，我想請問一下，路邊停車格的車子如果是無牌的，或是車禍撞壞的，而且放了超久，大約有近一年的，有什麼辦法請車主在時限內處理嗎，每次我上班都為了這些停車格路霸找了超久的車位，如果有辦法，請問要連絡那些單位來把車子拖走或處理，麻煩一下大家幫忙。
