確實該害怕..
我現在都找自虐輔助人,完全可以虐到胸酸三天
然後最近也開始自虐玩單槓,可以酸兩天
這週腿也重新玩新動作,剛練完連下樓梯都差點滾下去..目前酸兩天了,連座著都不舒服
重新安排吧..沒酸真的是警訊
