日本手機上網問題

手機部分我和朋友一個中華和一個台哥大3G,NB我會帶飯店可上網,
但我想在外面可以用來聯絡彼此(怕走失),因要去半個月,不知道要用
什麼才省錢,主要會用到line/翻譯(須和日本人聊天用)/fb這幾個,
朋友只玩candy,若用租的一天299,半個月費用很嚇人也超過預算了,
有人可以建議怎樣最省錢嗎?我查了很多資訊看得眼花撩亂>
