〈快訊〉台漁船「益升12號」　琉球遭日船扣押

現年54歲的船長柯清國遭到逮捕，船上還有七名船員，日本水產廳發表消息指出，這艘台灣漁船違反了「台灣漁業主權法」的「無許可捕撈條款」。
