特別費除罪 台聯：為柯文哲而簽

立法院昨天深夜三讀通過會計法第九十九條之一修正案，擴大特別費的除罪範圍，擴及各民意機關、村里長以及學術機構。

台聯黨團總召林世嘉表示，會計法修正案過去無法在立法院闖關，都是因為台聯黨團堅決拒簽，「甚至受生命威脅也不願妥協」。但這次「忍痛簽下」，主因是不願再看到像台大醫師柯文哲這樣在急診室跟死神搏鬥、為生命做拚搏的醫師，還要受制度所困，被凌遲、犧牲清譽，所以台聯黨團才簽字，將研究經費核銷缺失除罪化。
