請問 關於SONY XPERIA L 相機照像變焦失焦 與退換貨問題

我是新手，最近在通訊行買入L ，想請問如果在七天內換貨，我要如何確定它是新手機?
因為送來的手機盒子上下封條都是拆開的，這樣是正常的嗎?
我已經換第二次了，這隻手機和上一隻有著一樣的問題.....很苦惱
通訊行又不給退貨也不能貼錢換別隻手機...

還有想請問有人和我一樣有這樣的問題嗎?
拍照時會出現疊影，色彩錯開喔!
正常拍照模式 500萬畫素 固定被照物體的距離 逐漸些微放大變焦
