June has become a popular month for IT players to release their new products. Intel's Haswell-based processors as well as new tablets from Asustek Computer and Acer are all set to show up at the Computex 2013 from June 4-8, while Apple, Samsung and Microsoft are expected to showcase their latest innovations at their own conferences.
Apple is set to host its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) from June 10-14, with a high chance of showing its new MacBook products. Although market watchers have mixed predictions about whether Apple will announce its entry-level iPhone at the conference, the device is still set to be released as scheduled.
Samsung Electronics plans to host its Samsung Premiere 2013: Galaxy & ATIV conference on June 20 in London, announcing its new notebooks and tablets and its pricing strategy for the new tablets are expected to become a focus of the IT market.
Microsoft is set to host BUILD from June 26-28. In addition to the new Windows 8.1, the software giant's new 8-inch tablet is expected to show up.
At Computex 2013, Qualcomm president and chief operating officer Steve Mollenkopf and ARM chief marketing officer and EVP business development Ian Drew will both provide keynotes.
