張家祝:不用核電,增加天然氣唯一選擇

馬英九總統上午先後參觀天然氣、太陽光電及燃煤發電設施，對聯晚總編蕭衡倩及聯合報總編游美月關切能源多元化政策，是否與非核家園目標牴觸，以及逐步廢核後，國家能源配置比如何調整；經濟部次長杜紫軍強調，推動非核家園過程不能缺電，因此政府才希望穩健減核，以爭取時間等待能源技術的提升，估計有些新技術到2035年才可能商業運轉。

杜紫軍說，廢核後基載電力必須以天然氣來補充，電價勢必上漲；經濟部長張家祝更直言，完全不用核電後，只能增加使用天然氣，因此現階段不管成本或技術考量，核電都是不得已的選擇。
