日式房子完工不到1個月，屋簷、窗台抿石子(白色參配黃色)+二丁掛，不知是甚麼雨？抿石子，不出一個禮拜就顯示髒汙，更離譜一個月就像鬼屋(流掛)，消費者遲遲不肯交屋，要我洗抿石子，那要怎麼洗？
請問：
1、如果抿石子(已塗刷石頭金由)要改成深色系，可以刷水泥漆？
2、要如何防止類似情況，我以後還有陸續房子要交屋，該如防防範未然。
3、本人蓋房子已數年，未曾遇到今年下的甚麼雨？為何成原因？
