師逼小六女體前彎　致永久傷害判國賠396萬

目前就讀高中的張姓女學生，5年前就讀桃園縣蘆竹鄉光明國小時，因為被同學推落樓梯造成膝蓋受傷，後來體育老師又強迫做「坐姿體前彎」測試，校方2次僅以冰敷處理，造成其永久性神經傷害。

醫生告訴張女傷害併發「複雜性區域性疼痛症後群」，終身無法治癒，現在只要變天，腳就很痛。最高法院昨天判決，光明國小國賠張女396萬元，全案定讞。
