淘寶檯燈會一直閃…

前幾天在大陸淘寶買了一個檯燈，220v的，
在大陸測試過燈是沒有問題的！
而且我也請大陸的賣家，將燈的開關，更換成不需調光的。
想說接台灣110v的插座會不會就不會亮，
後來爬文看大家的回覆是說用E27的螺旋燈泡就可以了，
所以想說應該沒問題，
不過昨天買回台灣測試後，
裝上E27的燈時，會一直閃爍…
不知道是那邊出了問題？？？
請求神人教學~~~
