是信卡的問題還是Paypal的問題

我發現是瀏覽器的問題喔,我用IE試了一個晚上都沒過,結果我弟弟說他用手機裡的 Chrome瀏覽器就買成功了,我才驚覺到IE瀏覽器可能有些購物網站會不過,結果改用google chrome瀏覽器,改用中國信託的信用卡就購買成功了(本來用IE的時候所有信用卡都不成功)
