「沒飯吃我給你吃」　父子辱鄰各罰5千

方姓父子5個月前，因摔車糾紛與蔡姓鄰婦在警衛室前，發生口角衝突時，分別對蔡婦怒嗆「你要錢，沒有啦！」、「你家沒有飯吃，我給你吃沒有關係！」蔡婦不甘受辱提告，宜蘭地院審理後依公然侮辱罪，判罰方姓父子各5千元。

判決書指出，蔡婦認為方姓父子清理社區騎樓時，未將水漬清除，害她騎機車摔倒，因而與方姓父子發生爭執；而方姓父子辱罵蔡婦「你要錢，沒有啦！」、「你家沒有飯吃，我給你吃沒有關係！」等語，顯係暗指「蔡婦係為向方姓父子索取金錢，才會指摘方姓父子製造水漬於騎樓使其跌倒」，足以貶損蔡婦之名譽、人格及社會評價。
