戴勝益分享：換五個工作是極限

中興大學今天畢業典禮，邀請王品集團董事長戴勝益和學生分享「畢業生出社會避免受傷的五個法則」。

戴勝益自己準備鏟子、筷子和一疊22Ｋ千元大鈔；他說，五個法則是：耐心、人緣、薪水不到5萬先暫緩儲蓄，應投資在拓展人脈、不要崇尚名牌、凡事做到徹底。

戴勝益揮舞手中鏟子，述說向媽媽學煎魚的故事，他用大火煎魚1分鐘之內就完成，但魚煎得骨肉分離，完全不能吃，而媽媽煎得魚卻很漂亮，原來媽媽用了4分鐘煎魚，正面煎2分鐘後、翻面再煎2分鐘。

他說，這個故事告訴大家出社會要有耐心，等待水到渠成，不要太常換工作，「一輩子換5個工作」就是極限了，超過太多會失去大家的尊敬，認為你是個耐心不夠的人。
