霸占公車停靠區持續重罰絕不寬貸

今年5月起開罰汽機車占用公車停靠區後，建工商圈、高雄榮民醫院、楠梓火車站、左營大路等週邊道路公車停靠區仍有少數停車民眾違規佔用，高雄市政府將加強執法告發，以護公車乘客權益。

交通局指出，依據道路交通管理處罰條例第56條規定，併排或佔用公車停靠區屬於惡性違停，可處新台幣600元以上、1200元以下罰鍰，截至目前為止，已有警察局苓雅分局與前鎮分局等陸續掣單逕行舉發13件，為讓停車民眾尊重法律規定與公車乘客權益，市政府將加強執法強度，徹底解決違規佔用問題。
