插座~請問家裡要裝潢拉線走暗管

請問家裡要請人裝潢拉線走暗管,在臥房牆壁上要加裝2組插座與CAT.5E網路座 + RJ-11電話座 +電視插座+3各插頭,是否有組合式的面板可以組合把這6樣集中一個面板上呢,或是買一個大面板再自行購買這些插座組合再一起呢?不知道這樣安全性如何?

或是CAT.5E網路座 + RJ-11電話座 +電視插座一個面板 ,3個插座在獨立一個面板?何者較為妥善
