嘉義縣調查站破獲毒菜脯7000多箱

嘉義縣調查站日前將前往嘉義市湖內里一家已經營30、40年的食品冷凍菜脯加工工廠，稽查菜脯加工。日前檢驗結果出爐，依規定每公斤菜脯只能添加1克防腐劑，但該工廠卻被驗出1公斤含2.7克，超標高達三倍。調查站昨天聲請搜索票，今天前往廠房才扣7000多箱毒菜圃，並則付該工廠保管。

縣調站表示，該廠長久以來都以目測和經驗添加防腐劑，之前就有多次被開罰記錄，擔心端午節來臨之際，許多食品會添加到含超量防腐劑菜脯。該公司向縣調站表示，外銷日本的菜脯完全沒添加防腐劑，有添加防腐劑的是毒菜脯批發到包括新竹、台南、台中的食品行。
