請問htc新品不良送修的時間

小弟的女王於5月28號購買htc one sv，結果手機在29號發生當機觸控無反應．．．

當下有重置恢復原廠設定，但是還是不行，然後撥打htc客服，詢問之後客服回答說:新品不良只能送回原購買地報修..

然後30日時間將手機送回原購買地報修，但是小弟覺得新品不良判定因該會很快，所以因該也會很快完修送回

受不了女王一再催促，小弟打去htc詢問手機報修進度，htc表明此手機沒有報修紀錄，

然後馬上打到通訊行詢問，通訊行表明:他們是送修至他們的進貨廠商，因為小弟是於星期六打電話過去詢問..

進貨廠商休假中...通訊行跟我說:星期一會詢問清楚之後再打給我。

小弟想詢問有新品不良送修經驗的大大，新品不良換貨需要這麼久嗎?
