替兄教訓小王判6月　檢認太輕上訴

彰化一名38歲的許姓男子，因不滿一名林姓男子，介入其哥哥的婚姻，竟於2011年4月間，委託友人在台南市租車後，開車載著3名友人，頭戴棒球帽及口罩，前往林男開設的果汁吧理論，並用鋁棒毆打林男及搗毀果汁吧。
 
全案彰化地院已審結，法官依傷害罪判許男6月徒刑；檢方收到判決後，認為許男自始至終都否認犯行，且未與被害人和解，犯後態度惡劣，法官僅判6月，量刑過輕，今提上訴。
